Balloon Care

Treatment

We as standard apply HI-Float to your balloons where applicable to help prolong the life of your balloons but they still need care to make sure that the treatment can work effectively.

Transporting your balloons safely, we recommend:

Keeping balloons away from sharp or hot objects.
Not dragging your balloons across floors or against walls
Carefully placing them in your car avoiding doors, boots and any objects in your car.
If the weather outside is hotter than usual, just open the window a tad.
We advise against using air conditioning with balloons.

Once you get home after purchasing some of our amazing balloons and want to store them for the following day, we recommend:

Taking your balloons out of the bag and repacking them the following day.
If you open the bag and notice the balloons are tangled, open the bag and take out the balloons from the weights and place them on the floor. Simply spread the weights out and the balloons will begin to untangle, you may need to help a few find their way.
Keeping them away from open windows, radiators and direct sunlight.
Keeping playful pets clear of your balloons.
Be careful not to touch balloons on hot light fixures or sharp edges in the room.
Balloons must be stored in room temperature conditions for best results.
